You want to say no to more ⛔️
What have you said no to recently?
It’s really easy to say no to stuff we genuinely don’t like to do. 🙅
For me such as:
- Going clothes/shoe shopping 👠👗
- Emptying anal glands
- Having dinner at place with zero plant based options
- Watching modern cartoons (anything newer than Tom & Jerry)
HOWEVER, what about saying no to things you’re sort of … ok with?
THAT is brain-breaking to me 🤯, and I practise it, over and over again.
In order to do most of what you REALLY want to do, and get the most out of your life, you must say no to a ton of things.
Learn to prioritise, over and over again, admitting that you will never be able to do everything offered to you on your plate of life.
Learn to be ok with that.
I’m sort of ... ok with any work coming my way, and get excited in the moment over being considered worthy to do the job.
Also, in the moment, everything seems important to me, and I can’t prioritise on the go 🤷🏻♀️
So I need to stop and make sure I take time out to evaluate what I say yes to, even if it seems an amazing idea in the moment🤩.
When I’m done learning this, I’ll let you all know 😹.
