Do you love your job in vet med 100% of the time?

Don't make it mean anything if you don't always love your job.

Don't make it a problem if you only love your job and the money you make, 50% of the time.

When you make it a problem, it's likely you'll over fixate on that 50% and make it seem 100%

It’s like our tendency to remember the rude and problematic owners much more than the amazing ones - it makes it seem most owners are hard to deal with when that’s not the case at all!

What you choose to fixate on is what your perception of your life will be.

We’re not supposed to be in happy land loving our jobs, relationships etc 100% of the time - that’s not what it’s like to be a human!!

Notice what you’re choosing to focus on - that’s what you’ll create more of, and ultimately the life you’ll create. We always underestimate the power of our own minds so learn to use it in your favour

It took me a loooong time to learn that nothing has actually gone wrong just because I hate my life for half a day - it means nothing about me or my life in the larger scheme.I
